Teladoc Health is seeking a Client Solution Senior Associate to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients throughout their partnership with us, based in the United States. In this full-time position, you will manage end-to-end client needs, from onboarding through change management, while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.

About the Role

As a Client Solution Senior Associate at Teladoc Health, you own the relationship and solution delivery for multiple clients and projects concurrently. Your scope spans analyzing client requirements, orchestrating cross-functional execution, managing projects from discovery through delivery, and ensuring every client engagement meets contractual obligations and regulatory standards. You'll translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, lead client meetings, and drive continuous improvement in how we serve our customers. This role demands strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to balance competing priorities while keeping clients at the center of every decision.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements to support effective solution delivery across the client lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation and ongoing support phases
  • Communicate diverse client needs to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on expected outcomes
  • Explain technical concepts and healthcare terminology in accessible language to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Lead and support project execution, including discovery, analysis, solution planning, and delivery with regular stakeholder updates and reporting
  • Facilitate meetings and conference calls with clients and internal partner teams to ensure progress and address emerging challenges
  • Execute on, collaborate with, and delegate tasks to downstream functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Create and maintain customer-specific materials, process artifacts, and documentation to support seamless implementation
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities to deliver on-time results consistent with organizational goals and client contracts
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive follow-up, transparent communication, and commitment to successful outcomes
  • Use organizational and departmental KPIs to inform prioritization and decision-making across projects
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving the client lifecycle through scalability and automation

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of professional client-facing experience and/or direct project management responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects and navigate competing priorities in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, peer teams, and senior leadership
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven success managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address new and diverse client and project requirements
  • Metrics-driven approach with the ability to define, track, and align individual project metrics to company and team objectives
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Background in healthcare, health benefits, health and wellness programs, health plans, or health systems
  • Self-starter mentality with strong presentation and consultative skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or demonstrated relevant professional experience
  • Official PMP Certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency in languages beyond English (valued)
