Responsibilities Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements to support effective solution delivery across the client lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation and ongoing support phases Communicate diverse client needs to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on expected outcomes Explain technical concepts and healthcare terminology in accessible language to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise Lead and support project execution, including discovery, analysis, solution planning, and delivery with regular stakeholder updates and reporting Facilitate meetings and conference calls with clients and internal partner teams to ensure progress and address emerging challenges Execute on, collaborate with, and delegate tasks to downstream functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards Create and maintain customer-specific materials, process artifacts, and documentation to support seamless implementation Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities to deliver on-time results consistent with organizational goals and client contracts Drive client satisfaction through proactive follow-up, transparent communication, and commitment to successful outcomes Use organizational and departmental KPIs to inform prioritization and decision-making across projects Lead initiatives focused on improving the client lifecycle through scalability and automation Skills & Qualifications 3 or more years of professional client-facing experience and/or direct project management responsibility Demonstrated ability to…
