Prioritize employment statutes (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA), civil procedure, deposition/discovery practice, and clear persuasive writing. No certification resources or costs appear in CERTS for this listing.

Be ready to discuss a litigation matter you supported end-to-end, how you organize discovery, and how you handle tight briefing deadlines. Expect hypo questions on discrimination or wage claims and practical questions about D.C. office work and junior-associate bandwidth.
