About the Role
As a Civil Engineer specializing in land development, you'll translate raw parcels into viable, code-compliant developments. Working from our Sand Springs location, you'll partner with clients, planners, and municipal authorities to move projects from initial concept through final design and approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee land development designs, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management plans
- Produce construction documents, specifications, and engineering calculations for review and permitting
- Coordinate with local agencies in Tulsa County to secure approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and project stakeholders throughout each development phase
- Review submittals and provide technical guidance during construction to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Hands-on experience with land development engineering and site design
- Working knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design principles
- Familiarity with local and state development codes and permitting processes
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and public agencies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure is a plus
Compensation
This position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
