You'll work on a range of employment matters including discrimination claims, wrongful termination cases, wage and hour disputes, and workplace policy challenges. This role provides direct exposure to discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and client interaction—essential experience for building an employment law foundation. What You'll Do Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on employment law issues, statutes, and case law Prepare discovery requests, interrogatories, and responses in federal and state litigation Assist with motion drafting, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and other dispositive motions Participate in depositions and trial preparation activities Communicate with clients regarding case status, legal strategy, and litigation developments Support senior attorneys on all phases of employment dispute resolution Develop proficiency in employment litigation procedures across multiple jurisdictions What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligible for admission) to the D.C.
