This onsite Assistant Director of Supportive Housing position places you at the heart of a mission-driven Neighbor Care team. You will support residents as they rebuild their lives, develop stronger relationships, and become active members of a welcoming, supportive community. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in directing day-to-day supportive housing operations and program delivery.
- Walk alongside residents transitioning out of long-term homelessness, helping them build stability and self-sufficiency.
- Foster a thriving community where residents feel connected, valued, and supported.
- Collaborate with the Neighbor Care team to strengthen resident relationships and engagement.
- Support program planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of resident services.
Qualifications
- A passion for serving individuals experiencing or recovering from chronic homelessness.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within supportive housing, social services, or a related nonprofit setting.
