Role Overview

As an Instructional Facilitator at Cherokee Central School in Central, Elmore County, you'll serve as a catalyst for teaching and learning improvement. This full-time administrative position supports educators in refining their practice, implementing evidence-based instructional strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous professional growth. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and staff to strengthen classroom instruction and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teachers on instructional strategies, curriculum design, and best practices in K-12 classrooms
• Plan and lead professional development sessions and workshops for school staff
• Observe classroom instruction and provide constructive feedback to support teacher growth
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify instructional priorities and improvement opportunities
• Support the implementation of district curriculum standards and learning initiatives
• Analyze student achievement data to inform professional development and instructional decisions
• Maintain documentation and coordinate meetings with teachers and administrators

Requirements

• Valid teacher certification or relevant experience in K-12 education
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum, instruction, or teacher professional development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse school settings
• Experience with data analysis and instructional assessment practices
• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum, or a related field
