What You'll Do
- Direct day-to-day departmental activities and oversee HR program administration
- Manage salaried recruitment efforts and support the hiring process
- Coach and train supervisors to strengthen their leadership and management capabilities
- Handle employment relations matters and address employee concerns
- Communicate and interpret company human resources policies and procedures to managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal employment regulations
- Support managers in HR-related decisions and employee development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR Supervisor role or similar human resources leadership position
- Knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage recruiting, hiring, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience coaching and training supervisors and managers
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality
