The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for the Crowne Plaza Crystal City and Holiday Inn National Airport hotels. This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing guest experiences, ensuring alignment with our Quality Pledge and Standards of Service.
What You'll Do
- Sell the total hotel experience, focusing on both rooms and catering merchandising efforts.
- Champion customer and owner objectives to support our mission statement.
- Participate actively in direct sales efforts under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
- Maintain direct involvement with guests to ensure exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
- A self-motivated and aggressive individual with a proven track record in sales management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in hotel operations, preferably within top-tier brands such as Intercontinental Hotel Group, Marriott International, Hilton, or Best Western Hotels.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting our Quality Pledge standards.
