What You'll Do
- Oversee the overall effectiveness of the catering departments for our hotels.
- Work closely with the Area Director of Sales to support the growth of the catering division.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase event bookings and revenue streams.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market and capitalize on them.
- Ensure high-quality customer experiences through efficient and effective service delivery.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in catering sales and hospitality.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to mentor and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
