What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise all food and beverage service staff during assigned shifts

• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to service concerns
• Train and mentor team members on service standards and safety protocols
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to meet peak demand periods
• Track operational metrics and report on service performance
