Parexel is hiring a Clinical Site and Monitoring Health Lead (SMH Lead) to work in Frankfort. In this full-time, site-facing role, you'll apply your expertise in clinical trial regulations and monitoring to safeguard trial quality and ensure effective CRO oversight at investigator sites.

About the Role

The Clinical Site and Monitoring Health Lead plays a critical role in ensuring clinical trials are executed with integrity. You'll combine deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory requirements with hands-on monitoring experience to assess trial conduct at investigator sites. Working directly in the field, you'll ensure that clients have full visibility and confidence in the quality of their trials.

What You'll Do

• Leverage monitoring expertise to evaluate and safeguard the quality of clinical trial execution at investigator sites
• Apply knowledge of clinical trial regulations and GCPs to assess regulatory compliance and operational readiness
• Oversee site-level activities that protect trial integrity, data quality, and participant safety
• Ensure the client can effectively oversee CRO monitoring performance and impact
• Identify risks, document findings, and recommend corrective actions to enhance trial conduct
• Maintain regular communication with site teams and stakeholders on monitoring activities and outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Solid knowledge of clinical trial regulations and Good Clinical Practices
• Hands-on experience in clinical monitoring and site oversight roles
• Understanding of contract research organization (CRO) operations and client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for trial quality
• Current residence within 1 hour of an international airport
