Role Overview

As Lead Contract Manager for IDC Contracts at Meta, you'll oversee the complete contract lifecycle—from negotiation through execution and ongoing administration. Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of data center and infrastructure contracts, from initial development through administration and renewal
• Negotiate complex terms with vendors and external partners to achieve favorable, sustainable outcomes
• Develop and refine contract standards, templates, and policies that mitigate risk and accelerate deal closure
• Ensure all agreements meet Meta's legal, financial, and governance compliance standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues, manage amendments, and track performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency in the contracting function

What You Bring

• 5+ years of contract management experience managing complex, high-value agreements
• Proven success leading contract administration in infrastructure, technology, or vendor-intensive roles
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
• Knowledge of data center operations or technology infrastructure
• Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to lead independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure
