About the Role
As Energy Manager, Clean Energy at Meta, you will help advance our global energy strategy, building a supply portfolio of cost-competitive clean and renewable power. This full-time, on-site position in Archer, Laramie County places you at the center of sourcing, structuring, and managing the energy that keeps Meta's data centers running.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess clean and renewable energy supply opportunities for Meta's data center operations.
- Develop, structure, and negotiate energy procurement deals and supply agreements.
- Manage ongoing renewable energy contracts and supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery.
- Support the execution of Meta's global energy strategy with a focus on cost-competitive, sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to align energy sourcing with the growth of Meta's facilities.
Qualifications
- Significant, hands-on experience as an energy professional, ideally within clean or renewable power markets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and negotiate complex energy supply solutions.
- Strong commercial judgment and experience managing energy contracts at scale.
- Comfort operating within a large, fast-growing organization and its long-term energy planning.
- Willingness to work on-site in Archer, Laramie County.
