About This Position

The Area Director of Sales role is a full-time position with no remote option. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Sales & Marketing, this individual will oversee sales and marketing efforts for multiple hotels within Loudoun County. Key responsibilities include driving revenue, maximizing profit, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining positive team member relations. The Area Director of Sales will manage a team of hospitality professionals and assist in various sales initiatives to achieve financial goals.

• Drive overall sales and marketing efforts for the area hotels
• Maximize revenue opportunities by managing reactive and proactive sales efforts
• Ensure guest satisfaction and positive team member relations
• Assist in various sales initiatives to meet financial goals

Key Responsibilities

The Area Director of Sales will:

• Lead a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring quality service and achieving financial results
• Support the Assistant Vice President, Sales & Marketing with sales initiatives and strategies
• Build long-term value-based customer relationships to support property sales objectives
• Ensure adherence to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's Quality Pledge and Standards of Service

• A minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry
