The Opportunity

Richcroft is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

What You'll Do

• Assist individuals in maintaining personal hygiene and grooming routines
• Support participation in community activities and outings
• Foster social interactions and engage in recreational activities
• Aid with shopping, meal planning, cooking, and cleaning tasks
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals you support

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key qualifications include:

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license (required for transportation duties)
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities or related field preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
