About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an experienced Architect to lead the technical strategy for their contact center platform ecosystem. This role reports to senior IT leadership and combines strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical leadership of a production support team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architecture for the enterprise contact center platform and ensure scalability to support organizational growth
- Serve as technical leader for a team accountable for 24×7 production support (tier 2 and tier 3)
- Drive architecture planning and execution for platform upgrades and enhancement projects
- Ensure the platform ecosystem meets current and future business requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and IT leadership on roadmap planning
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to support engineers
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in contact center platform architecture, particularly Genesys application services
- Proven experience leading technical teams in production support environments
- Strong background in designing scalable, enterprise-grade communication systems
- Experience with both tier 2/tier 3 support operations and project-based architecture work
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational realities
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels
