Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal tools and platforms that solve operational challenges and improve team productivity
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into internal systems to automate workflows and enhance decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable code and establish best practices for tool development and deployment
• Monitor, maintain, and iterate on tools based on feedback and performance metrics
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in software engineering with a track record of shipping production tools and systems
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, libraries, and frameworks
• Solid understanding of database design, APIs, and system architecture principles
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously on projects
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine collaborative mindset
