PlanetArt is hiring a full-time Warehouse Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Woodridge, Illinois. This is an on-site opportunity to oversee quality control operations and lead a team dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards across our warehouse facility.

Role Overview

As Warehouse Quality Assurance Supervisor at PlanetArt, you'll take ownership of quality assurance processes within our warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment, systematic documentation of quality metrics, and direct oversight of QA team members. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Core Duties

• Supervise and mentor quality assurance team members on daily operations and quality procedures
• Conduct systematic inspections of products, packaging, and documentation against established quality standards
• Investigate quality discrepancies and root causes, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Maintain detailed records of quality metrics, test results, and inspection findings
• Coordinate with warehouse management and operations teams to address quality concerns promptly
• Train team members on quality procedures, safety protocols, and updated standards
• Monitor compliance with internal quality policies and relevant warehouse regulations

Who We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or lead experience in warehouse quality assurance or related QA roles
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection methods, and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and solid computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant quality certifications preferred
