AI Designer— Motion & Génératif (H/F) – CDI – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a Paris-based creative agency that combines design excellence with cutting-edge AI capabilities. Our client is seeking an AI Designer specializing in motion and generative content production for a permanent position in the 9th arrondissement.

This is a hands-on production role where you will create visual and video content using generative AI tools, working under the direction of a senior creative technologist. The majority of your work involves executing creative briefs with AI platforms while ensuring quality and consistency in final deliverables.

Responsibilities

AI Production (core focus):

• Produce image and video content using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, and similar platforms) according to precise creative briefs
• Handle post-production and integration of AI-generated assets into final deliverables (editing, compositing, motion)

Motion Design & Creative Execution:

• Create video content using motion design techniques (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Adapt validated visual concepts across 360-campaign formats (social, display, digital film, out-of-home)
• Contribute to developing moodboards and key visuals during pre-production phases

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education:

• Degree in Design (graphic design or motion design) or equivalent professional experience in an agency setting
• A portfolio demonstrating concrete AI production work is mandatory; applications without AI deliverables will not be considered

Essential Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with AI creation platforms (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway)
• Familiarity with AI models including Kling, Seedance, GPT image, and similar tools
• Experience with node-based AI creation tools is valued (ComfyUI, Magnific, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role

Important: We are recruiting someone whose core expertise is AI production, who uses motion design skills to elevate the quality of final outputs. This is not a motion designer role for someone who simply has an interest in AI.

• Location: Paris 9th arrondissement
• Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
• Hybrid work: up to 3 days remote per week
• Start date: As soon as possible

Pay
