AI Adoption Manager – Communities

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology client in their search for an AI Adoption Manager to build and lead a brand-new advisory offering in London. This is a founding role where you'll be the external face of a premium community and enablement program designed to drive AI adoption across prestigious law firms.

You'll work directly with some of the world's leading legal teams, building champion networks, designing scalable education programs, and doing the critical change management work that transforms cutting-edge AI tools into daily habits. This role combines community building, executive presence, and entrepreneurial thinking—you'll shape the methodology, deliverables, and playbooks from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the external face of the client's champion and adoption advisory work with law firm clients
• Build a new offering from scratch: define methodology, deliverables, commercial structure, and scalable playbooks
• Establish and manage champion networks inside client firms, recruiting and energising internal advocates across practice groups
• Create and facilitate exclusive peer communities where firm leaders share use cases, ROI stories, and deployment strategies
• Design scalable education programs including learning tracks, webinars, adoption toolkits, and role-based enablement guides
• Develop content that drives organic adoption: champion spotlights, use case stories, and viral campaigns
• Leverage usage data to identify thriving users, diagnose blockers, and target intervention efforts
• Translate field insights into product feedback and repeatable assets for future client engagements

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building successful communities or champion/advocacy programs in customer education, customer success, field enablement, or advisory roles
• Experience with AI products in professional services or enterprise environments, or a client-facing advisory background
• Executive presence and credibility to represent the organization in front of senior professionals (legal background not required, but you must earn their trust)
• Entrepreneurial instinct and comfort building new offerings from the ground up
• Genuine warmth, storytelling ability, and the taste to know what will resonate with audiences
• Fluency with community platforms, learning management systems, and data analytics tools
• High ownership mentality with a bias to action—you move initiatives forward without being asked
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in person as needed
