GTM Manager – Private Markets

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization seeking a GTM Manager focused on Private Markets. Our client is scaling rapidly across global markets and works with leading investment firms and legal teams. This is a quota-carrying role based in London with full commercial ownership of a strategic sector.

As the GTM Manager for Private Markets, you'll drive revenue growth by building relationships with senior investment professionals and leading complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll own pipeline development, account strategy, and revenue delivery across Private Equity and broader Private Markets clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of Private Markets firms, from prospecting through to close
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Private Equity and investment organizations by understanding their investment processes and operational challenges
• Lead consultative sales conversations connecting AI capabilities to high-impact workflows including due diligence, investment committee preparation, and portfolio operations
• Develop and execute account strategies for leading investment firms, identifying expansion opportunities while growing strategic relationships
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to bring customer insight into product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
• Represent Private Markets sector internally, shaping positioning and expansion strategy
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, and commercial performance using data to improve conversion and accelerate deal cycles
• Help define and scale go-to-market playbooks for Private Markets, sharing market insight as the organization grows globally

What We're Looking For

• Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Management Consulting, or commercial roles selling into Private Markets
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying decisions
• Strong understanding of Private Markets investment processes and challenges facing investment teams
• Commercial ambition with ability to own pipeline, manage enterprise sales cycles, and consistently deliver against revenue targets
• Consultative selling approach with ability to translate complex technology into clear commercial value
• High ownership and urgency with proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging executive-level audiences
• Curiosity, resilience, and growth mindset with excitement about building within a fast-scaling technology organization
