Affiliate EAP Counsellor (Network Partnership)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking Affiliate EAP Counsellors to join their clinical network across the APAC region. This network partnership role offers experienced mental health professionals the opportunity to provide high-quality employee assistance counseling through a structured, outcomes-focused platform.

As a network affiliate, you will deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy to corporate employees using multiple modalities while maintaining rigorous clinical and documentation standards. This role suits independent practitioners who value clinical excellence and can operate within defined compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions via face-to-face, virtual (video), and telephonic modalities based on case allocation
• Apply solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness and employee assistance timelines
• Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours of each session to ensure accurate case management and remuneration tracking
• Maintain clinical notes that meet global quality standards and audit protocols
• Verify all client interactions through the official authorization system before initiating treatment under the EAP framework
• Identify high-risk cases and crisis situations, adhering strictly to established emergency handling protocols and service level agreements
• Maintain financial integrity by processing all fees through central systems; direct billing to employees is strictly prohibited
• Uphold non-solicitation policies and professional boundaries to protect the integrity of the EAP ecosystem
• Participate in quality assurance processes and collaborate with clinical oversight teams

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in your jurisdiction
• Minimum two years of post-qualification clinical experience following Master's degree completion
• Preferred: Prior experience as an EAP service provider with deep understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models

• EAP services and workplace wellness programs
• Stress management and occupational burnout
• Relationship and interpersonal issues
• Grief and bereavement counseling
• Family therapy or play therapy (specialized creative interventions)
