Working Student, Customer Success

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential geospatial technology organization in their search for a Working Student to support their Customer Success team in Berlin, Germany. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) operating on a hybrid schedule, requiring approximately 2 days per week in the office.

Our client operates at the intersection of space technology and data analytics, serving commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors globally. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in customer success operations while supporting high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill essential contractual reporting requirements for significant enterprise customers
• Provide contractual governance support to ensure alignment with customer agreements
• Assist the Customer Success team with various customer-related activities and workflows
• Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal processes
• Apply systematic problem-solving approaches by gathering relevant information and utilizing established methodologies
• Learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks related to customer reporting and governance

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar applications
• Foundational problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work effectively under direct supervision
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take initiative on assigned tasks

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic knowledge or interest in remote sensing and/or GIS industry
• Experience with written customer communication or generating usage reports
• Data analysis experience or ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
• French or German language proficiency
