Role Overview

Temporal Technologies is seeking a highly organized and self-directed Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle AP operations, managing vendor relationships, administering the expense program, and serving as the go-to point of contact for payment questions from various departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end invoice processing in Bill.com including intake, GL coding, 2-way and 3-way PO matching, approval routing, and payment execution via ACH, wire, check, and iPay
• Managing vendor relationships to ensure timely payments and maintaining accurate records
• Administering the expense program in Navan to streamline processes and ensure compliance
• Providing support for payment questions from Finance, HR, Legal, and other business units
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all AP operations
• Handling a large and growing vendor base with multi-currency transactions
• Processing inquiries from across the business efficiently and effectively
