Moment Energy is hiring an Account Executive – West to lead business development and revenue growth across California, US. This is a full-time, location-based sales role for an experienced professional ready to scale clean energy adoption in a dynamic market.
About the Role
You'll drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth as the region's primary business development leader. This position puts you front and center in building relationships with organizations seeking independent, reliable, affordable energy solutions. You'll combine strategic prospecting with consultative selling to position Moment Energy's offerings in a rapidly growing sector.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across your assigned territory
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with decision-makers
- Design and present customized energy solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close agreements within revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage your sales pipeline through all stages of the sales cycle
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated success closing B2B sales, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or technology
- Ability to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities independently
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfort with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes
- Track record of meeting and exceeding quota in competitive markets
- Interest in or knowledge of clean energy and independent power solutions
- Experience managing accounts across Western states a plus
