What You'll Do

- Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers to confirm specifications and resolve on-site challenges
- Maintain detailed project documentation, timesheets, and safety records
- Train team members on equipment operation, best practices, and emergency procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team performance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience installing or maintaining fire protection or sprinkler systems
- Proven supervisory or lead experience managing crews on commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, local building codes, and fire protection regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and system specifications
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Clear communication and team leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel within Ohio, Kentucky, and surrounding service areas as needed
