Greystar Management Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Eden at Tradition, a premier residential community in the United States. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll maintain and improve the daily living experience for our residents through hands-on technical expertise and proactive facility care.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Eden at Tradition, you'll be the backbone of our community's operations. You'll respond to resident maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and keep our property systems running smoothly. Your work ensures our residents enjoy safe, comfortable, well-maintained homes.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and work orders
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, appliances, and community amenities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed and materials used
- Keep the community grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs
- Follow safety protocols and company standards in all maintenance activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar hands-on maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems independently
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Physical capability to lift, climb, and work in various environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
