Dry Goods is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cherry Hill, Camden County retail location. In this full-time role, you'll build a high-performing team while creating an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

• Create compelling visual merchandising displays that showcase our seasonal offerings and inspire customers
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to optimize availability and minimize shrink
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns to build loyalty and foster positive word-of-mouth
• Schedule staff efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and maintain service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant store environment
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
• Build relationships within the Cherry Hill community and represent Dry Goods professionally
