- Proactively seek growth opportunities and prospect for new business to hit quota
- Strive to limit churn and maximize renewal uplifts
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering functions

- Expertise in equity capital markets with a deep understanding of ECM workflows
- Strong relationship management skills to develop and maintain close partnerships with clients and prospects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and driving sales
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful platform adoption and client satisfaction
