About the Role

This Account Executive position offers the opportunity to develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across North Florida and South Georgia. You'll represent VSP's solutions and services to established and prospective clients, working independently from a remote office while maintaining strong, personal relationships with key decision-makers in the region. This is a field-based remote role where your success is measured by your ability to exceed sales targets and deliver value to each account.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing relationships and revenue
  • Present VSP solutions and services to decision-makers, addressing client needs and objections
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through contract closure
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Travel throughout North Florida and South Georgia as needed to support accounts

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience, ideally in vision care or healthcare services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Self-directed work style with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new sales tools quickly
  • Willingness to travel within the North Florida and South Georgia territory
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
