What You'll Do

- Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, and risk; report progress to senior leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in current processes and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to align project goals with long-term business objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust tactics based on real-time data and outcomes
- Champion best practices in project governance and operational management across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, operations, or related fields
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to balance big-picture vision with execution details
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, project management, or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
