About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive for LATAM, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and acquiring new clients across Latin America. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with top companies in the LATAM region to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive sales and revenue growth for Fin's AI Customer Agent solutions
• Identify and close new client deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve regional and global targets

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the LATAM market
• Strong understanding of AI and customer support technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Aptitude for building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, with strong English proficiency
