Account Executive – Essex/Middlesex, MA Region (Entry Level)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business technology client in the Greater Boston area seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive to support the Essex and Middlesex county territories. This is a hybrid role combining remote work with regular customer visits 2–3 times per week across the local region.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
• Engage with prospects and customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions to support customer goals
• Manage sales opportunities throughout the full cycle from prospecting through close
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to drive consistent results
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Travel locally within the assigned territory 2–3 days per week for customer visits

Compensation

Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000, structured as $60,000 base salary plus $60,000 target commission with uncapped upside potential. Monthly car allowance included. Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and company holidays provided by the client.
