Account Executive, Enterprise

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise based in Munich. In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close, coordinating internal resources to deliver compelling solutions
• Drive new customer acquisition while managing existing enterprise accounts to uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities
• Consistently deliver against revenue targets and key performance indicators
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across your assigned territory, including opportunity tracking, accurate forecasting, and territory planning
• Cultivate relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers in both business and IT functions
• Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to enterprise stakeholders
• Navigate complex organizations, engaging with executive leadership, architecture teams, operations, procurement, and vendor management

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a proven enterprise sales professional with:

• Minimum 5+ years selling enterprise SaaS platforms to large organizations
• Documented success consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas
• Deep expertise in enterprise and global account sales methodologies
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities with a track record of building lasting C-level relationships
• Strategic thinking to identify and prioritize highest-value opportunities
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics in the enterprise software space
• Established professional network within the German market
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with high energy and enthusiasm
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Experience in the CRM or business process management software sector is advantageous
