Senior Product Owner – NetSuite

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a Senior Product Owner – NetSuite to join their technology team in Berlin. Our client operates at global scale with multiple entities and is looking for an experienced product professional to drive their NetSuite ecosystem strategy and delivery.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Berlin office, working directly with senior technology and finance leadership to shape business systems that support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for NetSuite OneWorld and integrated business systems
• Partner with Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to prioritize system enhancements that deliver measurable business impact
• Maintain and manage a clear product backlog aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
• Lead the design and implementation of customizations and integrations, working closely with developers, architects, and third-party vendors
• Own end-to-end delivery processes including sprint planning, sprint reviews, release management, and change adoption
• Drive user adoption through training programs and enforce best practices for system usage and data integrity
• Leverage system performance metrics and operational data to guide prioritization decisions and measure solution success

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a focus on NetSuite
• Hands-on expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, or related NetSuite development tools
• Strong understanding of financial, operational, and supply chain processes in multi-entity ERP environments
• Demonstrated ability to build product roadmaps and deliver results within agile development teams
• Experience designing or contributing to ERP architecture in complex, multi-entity organizational structures

Preferred qualifications:

• NetSuite certifications
• Accounting knowledge or professional qualifications
• Project management experience or certifications
• Background working in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
