Position Summary
OFX is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join our team in Auckland. As an integral part of our business development efforts, you will be responsible for driving growth through the identification and acquisition of new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
<h2-Core Duties- Identify and pursue potential client opportunities to expand OFX's customer base in the Auckland region.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and support, to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities in the business development process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within a financial services or related industry.
- A proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
