The Opportunity

At Dataminr, you'll be part of an exciting expansion phase in our International Defence market. As a highly motivated and experienced solution sales professional with a proven track record in the public sector, you will play a key role in discovering and winning new business while strategically developing accounts within the European Union, focusing on Iberia.

• Use your skills to build long-term customer relationships that support Dataminr's ambitious growth plans.
• Expertise in networking, breaking into new markets, and building strategic partnerships is essential for this role.
• Professional fluency in Spanish (Portuguese or Italian are a plus) required. Based remotely in the UK, Denmark, Ireland, or Romania.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute strategic and tactical sales capture plans to expand Dataminr's market presence in Iberia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and defense organizations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales cycles and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a proven track record of selling in the public sector, particularly within the International Defence market.
• Is passionate about contributing to Dataminr's fast growth and innovation in AI technology.
• Has professional fluency in Spanish (Portuguese or Italian is a plus).
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
