The Opportunity

Mixpanel is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our dynamic LATAM Sales team. As a key player in expanding our presence across Latin America, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world while contributing to the success of one of the leading product intelligence and analytics platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business across LATAM, including new business units and subsidiaries inside existing accounts
• Drive expansion pipeline alongside Renewal Managers and Customer Value Managers
• Run full-cycle enterprise sales using MEDDPICC (or Mixpanel's chosen methodology)
• Partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what’s actually happening in the field

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in a remote or international setting
• In-depth understanding of the LATAM market and its buyers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Aptitude for data analysis and using analytics tools effectively
• Experience working without a finished playbook, and ability to adapt and innovate
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred but not required
