Position Summary

The National Account Manager, East at Mush takes full ownership of a designated national account portfolio centered on the East. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen executive-level relationships with assigned national accounts operating in eastern territories.
• Create thorough account growth plans that identify white-space opportunities and increase overall client spend.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions to secure multi-period commitments beneficial to both parties.
• Analyze account health metrics regularly and deliver clear performance updates to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, marketing, and service colleagues to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
• Stay informed of market shifts, competitive moves, and sector-specific trends that affect national accounts in the East.
• Prepare for and facilitate business reviews, planning workshops, and on-site or virtual client sessions as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing national or strategic key accounts, ideally with coverage that includes eastern regions.
• Strong command of consultative selling techniques, forecast accuracy, and pipeline development.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable use of CRM platforms, sales dashboards, and basic data analysis methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional background.
• Self-directed work style capable of balancing independent priorities while supporting broader team goals from Remote.
