About This Position
We're looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Operations Manager to oversee our middleware and Linux infrastructure at our Pune headquarters. This role bridges technical expertise and operational oversight, ensuring our cloud systems run reliably at scale. You'll take ownership of infrastructure health, system performance, and operational excellence while working with a team committed to uptime and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure systems, with primary focus on middleware and Linux environments
- Oversee infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to deploy, configure, and optimize systems
- Develop and implement operational processes and best practices
- Track system metrics, capacity, and resource utilization across the infrastructure
- Contribute to infrastructure planning and strategic improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Linux systems and middleware platforms in production environments
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure operations and system administration
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, networking, and infrastructure principles
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
