Role Overview

Core Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments within the food distribution center
• Pick and pack orders with precision, maintaining food safety and handling standards
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and material handling devices
• Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode technology
• Prepare and load outbound shipments for delivery to retail locations
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily volume and productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders
• Commitment to following safety procedures and work instructions consistently
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling as operational needs require
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory verification and system use
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment
