About the Role

As a Plant Helper working the 2nd shift, you'll be an integral part of our Connellsville production team. This full-time role focuses on assisting with daily plant operations, equipment support, and material handling tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. You'll work alongside experienced operators and technicians, learning production processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist production operators with equipment operation, setup, and monitoring
• Handle, transport, and organize materials safely throughout the plant
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and general housekeeping duties
• Conduct quality checks and report any operational issues to supervisory staff
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
• Support troubleshooting efforts and respond to production needs
• Keep accurate records of production activities and material usage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment
