As a KIA Automotive Sales Consultant at Hendrick Kia of Concord, you'll be the trusted guide for customers navigating their vehicle purchase journey. You'll combine product knowledge with genuine customer care, translating their needs into the right KIA solution. Your Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
• Demonstrate KIA vehicles and explain features, specifications, and benefits in clear, compelling language
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the right vehicle match
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales
• Prepare and review sales contracts and vehicle documentation
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales data
• Meet personal and team sales targets consistently

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record in automotive sales or related customer-facing sales roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
