About the Role
Based out of the Hendrick Consolidated Accounting Office (HIC) at 6030 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28212, the Wholesale Billing Specialist plays a central part in finalizing vehicle transactions. Reporting within the accounting team, this position carries no direct supervisory duties and concentrates on processing the billing tied to sold vehicles and posting completed sales correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing for vehicles that have been sold.
- Post sales transactions accurately to the appropriate accounts.
- Manage wholesale title work associated with vehicle deals.
- Maintain organized, complete documentation for each transaction.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to keep billing workflows running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy when handling billing records.
- Familiarity with vehicle sales billing, title processing, or dealership accounting is a plus.
- Comfortable working with documentation, data entry, and transaction posting.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple deals at once in an on-site environment.
