This is a full-time position based at our Bristol (Harbourside) location. As Service Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of service delivery operations, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day service delivery operations
- Monitor service level agreements, performance metrics, and KPIs
- Manage, develop, and motivate team members to drive engagement and high performance

- Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives and service excellence
- Produce regular reports on service delivery performance for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant service standards and procedures
