Director, Strategy IHFM

About This Position

As Director of Strategy for IHFM, you will develop and execute strategies that shape how Edwards manages its healthcare facility assets and optimizes integrated facility operations. This is a strategic role reporting to senior leadership, where you will align facility management initiatives with corporate objectives while addressing the unique demands of healthcare environments. You will bring your expertise in healthcare infrastructure to influence decisions that impact Edwards' operational footprint and competitive positioning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Formulate integrated healthcare facility management strategies that enable operational excellence and business scalability
• Lead cross-functional strategy teams through the full cycle of planning, implementation, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with operations, capital planning, and business unit leaders to translate strategic vision into facility initiatives
• Analyze facility performance data, industry standards, and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and gaps
• Develop business cases and financial models supporting major facility strategy decisions and investments
• Present strategic recommendations and quarterly updates to executive leadership and board-level committees
• Champion innovation in healthcare facility approaches that create value and strengthen Edwards' competitive advantage

What We're Looking For

• Director-level experience in healthcare facility management strategy, facilities operations, or healthcare infrastructure
• Proven success developing and implementing enterprise-level strategies in complex organizational environments
• Strong knowledge of integrated healthcare facility management practices, compliance, and industry evolution
• Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extract insights from operational and financial data
• Leadership experience influencing and collaborating across organizational silos and functional areas
• Strategic mindset coupled with operational rigor and ability to drive execution at scale
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
