Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain merchandise displays, ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently met across all store sections
• Train and coach store team members on best practices in product placement and display techniques
• Execute planograms and promotional displays according to company guidelines and seasonal requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with operations teams to ensure shelf availability and stock rotation
• Collaborate with regional merchandising teams on new initiatives, product rollouts, and promotional campaigns
• Identify and address merchandise presentation gaps and provide actionable feedback to store staff
• Support customer service excellence by maintaining organized, accessible product displays

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or store operations
• Strong knowledge of retail planograms and merchandising best practices
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in visual standards
