As Assistant Manager II at Dollartree, you'll support store management by leading daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. Your Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise store team members during assigned shifts
- Manage customer service standards and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy
- Assist with scheduling, attendance, and staff development initiatives
- Support sales targets and store profitability goals
- Maintain store security, loss prevention, and safety protocols
- Open and close store operations following company procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues professionally
Who We're Looking For
- Retail or supervisory management experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Ability to meet sales and operational targets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform store duties and remain standing for extended periods
