As Assistant Manager at our Ponce De Leon, Florida store, you'll partner with the Store Manager to create an engaging shopping experience while maintaining efficient daily operations. Responsibilities

• Support store operations, supervise team members, and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising, and product availability across departments

• Handle cash management, loss prevention, and operational compliance

Requirements

• Proven retail management or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
